Each residence building has parking spaces for bikes and scooters. In addition, they are free of charge and monitored by video camera. Remember to attach them securely to the fixing devices provided for this purpose.

Each of the residences has spaces to park your car. Ask your STudeo contact about availability. The car parking rental is not included in your rent.

Studeo provides a laundry room in each residence, each of which has washing machines and tumble dryers that you can pay for via a mobile app. There is also an ironing board and an iron.

Studeo provides freely available vacuum cleaners in each residence for you to keep your studio clean.

We provide the basic kitchen equipment in each studio.

Yes, the bed base, mattress, mattress protector, duvet and pillow are included in each studio.

Of course! Every studio has a numbered letterbox indicating the number of the studio, so every resident can receive their mail.

Yes, the residences are located in a quiet area and are extremely safe. In addition to controlled access and video surveillance in all our residences, we have managers on duty during the day and a night watchman. All this ensures the utmost safety of our residents and their guests.
